Getting Started with Your Coldmails.ai Account!

Step 1: Sign Up

Head to app.coldmails.ai/signup and create your account using Google sign-in or email/password. It takes less than 30 seconds.

Step 2: Complete Workspace Onboarding

After signing up, you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding flow:

  • Name your workspace (e.g., your agency or company name)
  • Tell us how you found Coldmails.ai
  • Select your role (agency owner, sales rep, founder, etc.)

Your workspace is your central hub for managing domains, mailboxes, and team members.

Step 3: Set Up Domains

You have two options:

  • Buy a new domain — Purchase directly from Coldmails.ai with automatic DNS configuration
  • Connect an existing domain — Point your existing domain’s nameservers to Coldmails.ai

Both options automatically configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records. No manual DNS setup needed.

Step 4: Create Mailboxes

Once your domain is active, create mailboxes in seconds:

  • Choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Enter names and email prefixes (or use AI auto-fill)
  • Add profile pictures for a natural sender identity
  • Mailboxes are ready to use immediately
